CMV Alliance creates and supports opportunities that bring people together to honor service, build relationships, learn from one another, and strengthen community.
From community celebrations and educational programs to service opportunities and collaborative events, we invite military service members, veterans, families, organizations, and community members to connect, participate, and be part of something meaningful.
Each year, the Washington County Veterans Day Celebration brings veterans, military families, community members, organizations, and local leaders together to recognize and honor those who have served our nation.
Held annually on Veterans Day, the celebration provides an opportunity to share in gratitude and remembrance, recognize the contributions of local veterans, and strengthen the connections between veterans and the communities they call home.
Help Us Recognize Those Who Continue to Make a Difference.
An important part of the Washington County Veterans Day Celebration is recognizing local veterans whose military service, leadership, character, community involvement, and continued service reflect a lasting commitment to others.
Community members are invited to nominate a veteran with a connection to Washington County to be considered for recognition as an Honored Veteran during the annual celebration.
Help us recognize their service and share the stories of veterans who continue to strengthen our communities.
